I placed an order, when will it be shipped?

All orders placed before 16.00 are delivered to cargo on the same day. (except Saturday).

Which shipping company do you use?

We carefully prepare your orders and send them via DHL with “Shipentegra”.

My product arrived but I couldn't install it, what should I do?

All our products have user manuals in the box that explain the installation of the product in detail from start to finish. You can also get support for installation by selecting the model of your device in our “Support” section on our website. If you are still having problems with the installation, you can contact us via our “Whatsapp Support Line”.

My product has arrived but it won't open, what should I do?

First of all, leave your device on charge for a long time. If there is still no reaction on your device, we recommend that you try it with a different charging adapter. If you still do not get a reaction, you can open a service request from the “Service and Repair” section.

How long is the warranty period?

All our products have a 2-year Carmenta warranty. We offer a one-to-one replacement guarantee for all fabrication and production defects in the product.

I don't like the product, can I return it?

You have an unconditional right of return for the first 14 days from the day you receive the product. Before returning the product, make sure that the box contents are complete and that there is no deformation or signs of use on the product. Returns of products with signs of use or missing any part cannot be accepted. Refunds of returned products are sent to your bank between 2 and 5 days.

What should I do if I want to send the product for warranty?

You need to fill out the form from the “Service and Repair” section on our website and deliver the product to the cargo. The legal warranty period is 21 working days after the product reaches us. This process may be earlier or later. You will be informed if it is later. After the warranty process of the product is completed, we will contact you and inform you about the status of the product and send the product back to you after receiving the necessary information from you.
